This month’s baking challenge is to make the classic French dessert – creme brulee!
What is The February Baking Challenge?
It’s a chance for you to test drive one of my recipes, take a picture (it doesn’t have to be pretty!), post a picture in my Facebook group, and enter to win a prize! Every month I’m choosing a different recipe and this month it was voted on to make the classic French dessert – creme brulee! Don’t worry it’s easier than you think!
I find it is so helpful for me to see how my recipes turn out for you and to hear about what changes you made or would make. I love the great feedback and know how to make my recipes even better, and you get a chance to win!
How To Join The Baking Challenge:
- Recipe: Make this creme brulee recipe (it’s meant for just two but it’s easy to double and make it for four people!)
- Bake. Bake up some creme brulee.
- Enter. Enter the giveaway below by submitting your photo. There are additional entries you can take a part of as well!
For February 2023, I’m giving away A $100 USD Amazon gift card — so you can treat yourself to whatever your heart desires!

This creme brulee has amazing flavor! I’m so glad you encouraged purchasing vanilla bean paste. My family remarked immediately, without being prompted, on how flavorful it was. I didn’t have shallow ramekins but will invest in some now that I know how delicious this recipe is. Instructions were easy to follow and the tips you provided were spot on. Thanks for a great recipe.
