What is the January Baking Challenge?

It’s a chance for you to test drive one of my recipes, take a picture (it doesn’t have to be pretty!), post a picture in my Facebook group, and enter to win a prize!

I find it is so helpful for me to see how my recipes turn out for you and to hear about what changes you made or would make. I love the great feedback and know how to make my recipes even better, and you get a chance to win!

Recipes To Try

You could try making a flourless dessert (aka naturally gluten free dessert) such as this Flourless Chocolate Cake! Or try a flourless cookie like these classic No bakes, Flourless Chocolate Walnut Cookies, Flourless Chocolate Cookies , Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies.

You could also try whipping up egg whites and make these peppermint meringue cookies, coconut macaroons or try your hand at some macarons like my lemon macarons, chocolate Bailey’s macarons, or Boston creme pie macarons.

Of course an easy gluten free treat that everyone loves is a rice krispie treat! I have lots of fun variations to try. Like strawberry rice krispie treats, brown butter rice krispie treats, peanut butter rice krispie treats, chocolate rice krispie treats or these fun M&M rice krispie treats.

Of course if you’re a chocolate and candy nut, you can’t go wrong with chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate turtles, peppermint bark, or these homemade chocolate truffles.

If ice cream is your weakness, then make some homemade no churn ice cream that is always gluten free! Like mint chocolate chip ice cream, grape sorbet, snickers ice cream, or peanut butter cup icecream, or this kid-favorite cotton candy ice cream!
