PREP THE OVEN

2. Make cookie crust. Pulse the cookies in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Put in a large bowl, and stir in the salt and melted butter.

MAKE THE CRUST

3. Assemble the crust. Press the cookie crumbs firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9 inch springform pan, using the bottom of a measuring cup (or you can use your fingers).
