These caramel apple blondies are a quick and easy Fall treat you can make in a jiffy. Fresh apples get folded into a brown sugar blondie batter, then topped with a salted caramel icing.
1. In a saucepan over medium heat add the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir and cook over until apples have slightly softened, about 3–5 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
