1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare a 9×13" rectangular pan with foil or parchment paper, being sure to leave the edges hanging over for easy removal. Give the pan a spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer cream together butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

3. Add in flour and salt and mix on medium low speed just until incorporated.
