1. Prep oven and pan. Position a rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease with cooking spray or line a 9×5” loaf pan with parchment paper

2. Cream butter and sugars. In a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat on medium speed together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer with your paddle attachment.
