  • chocolate chopped into small pieces or chips

Instructions

  • Chop chocolate into small pieces or use chips
  • Add to microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds
  • Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the chocolate. Some chocolate will be melted, but most will be intact.
  • Return to the microwave and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove and stir. Repeat this process until MOST of the chocolate is melted. Then stir until the final pieces are melted. The residual heat from the chocolate will melt the few remaining pieces.
