Chocolate Cherry Oatmeal

A oatmeal breakfast with chocolate, cherry, and almond flavors mixed in!

  • 1 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup Quaker® Oats
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or more depending on your sweet tooth!
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips


  • Boil milk in a saucepan on the stove until boiling.
  • Add in your oats and stir. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from stove and stir in the almond extract. Divide between two bowls, and add in the brown sugar, almonds, cherries, and chocolate chips.


This recipe makes two bowls and can easily be halved or doubled. You can add more or less of any of the mix-ins- more sugar, less sugar- whatever you like. You could add in dried cherries instead of the frozen cherries or even fresh if you can get your hands on them!
