No Bake Funfetti Golden Oreo Truffles

A twist on the classic oreo truffle with Golden Oreos, sprinkles, and white chocolate!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 package of Golden Oreos
  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or 2 bags of candy melts


  • 1. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Set aside.
  • 2. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese and the Oreos. Pulse until combined. Transfer to a mixing bowl, and add the sprinkles. Stir to combine. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the truffles and roll into a ball. Place onto the cookie sheet.
  • 3. Freeze for 10-30 minutes.
  • 4. Prepare the chocolate by melting in a microwave, chocolate melting pot, or double boiler. Take out a few truffles at a time to dip, leaving the rest in the freezer. Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate. Allow excess to drip off. Slide the truffle off using a toothpick. Top with sprinkles. Repeat with remaining truffles.


If melting your chocolate in the microwave, melt in 30 second intervals at a time. Be sure to stir in between each interval so as not to burn the chocolate. This method may need re-heating as you dip.
