This white chocolate oreo fudge is dangerously good and super easy to make! With only 6 ingredients, made on the stovetop, and no candy thermometer required, you’re going to love this recipe!

How do I describe this oreo fudge? Except wow, oh wow, can’t stop eating it – holy moly. I may have gained a few pounds eating this stuff. Yup it’s that good. My husband and I enjoyed this white chocolate oreo fudge recipe all week long after dinner. And maybe some before dinner. And maybe snuck some in mid-afternoon.

Again wow. Oh wow. And the best part about this oreo fudge is that fact that you can quickly stir it all together on the stovetop, and you don’t need any fancy equipment either (aka candy thermometer).

I used my chocolate fudge recipe, and then swapped out the chocolate for white chocolate. The addition of vanilla extract paired well with the white chocolate. Then of course, stirring in some chopped up Oreos to set this white chocolate fudge over the top.

For a pretty presentation, I saved some crushed Oreo cookies to sprinkle on top. Before you know it this fudge was chilling in the fridge to set up, waiting to be devoured.

Why This Is The Best Oreo Fudge

  • No Bake – This comes together easily on the stovetop.
  • No Candy Thermometer – This is a simple melt and stir together fudge recipe.
  • Chock Full Of Oreos! – Crush up some Oreo cookies and stir in.
  • Only 6 Simple Ingredients – Nothing fancy here, just 6 simple ingredients.

Ingredients Needed

ingredients for Oreo fudge
  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk – Make sure you grab a can of sweetened condensed milk and NOT evaporated milk, otherwise your fudge will be runny and not set up.
  • Butter – I always use unsalted butter but if you use salted butter, then omit the added salt.
  • Salt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Oreos – I used 24 cookies, I crushed them up and then stirred about 20 cookies into the fudge, and sprinkled some on top.

How To Make Oreo Fudge

Crush up the Oreo cookies. Place the remaining 20 Oreo cookies into a bag and break into large pieces. You can do this by hand or place in a bag and use a rolling pin or mallet to crush. You can also coarsely chop them up into smaller pieces on a cutting board. You want some bigger pieces, donโ€™t crush up into crumbs. The remaining 4 cookies, reserve for later,  you will break up into pieces and sprinkle on top of the fudge once itโ€™s in the pan.

Stir in vanilla and oreos. Remove from the heat and stir in gently the vanilla extract and the 20 crushed Oreo cookies.

Chill fudge. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Top with Oreos and chill. Sprinkle on reserved Oreo cookies. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Remove the fudge from the pan, lifting out the paper, and then cut into squares and serve.

Recipe Tips

  • Line your pan with parchment paper. And make sure to leave some excess overhang so it’s easier to remove from the pan when it’s time to cut the fudge into squares.
  • Cut the fudge while it’s cold. When you remove the fudge from the fridge, immediately cut the the fudge into squares while it’s cold. It will be easier to cut when it’s cold.
  • Use a hot knife to cut the fudge. I run a sharp chef’s knife under hot water, then wipe clean, and then cut the fudge. The hot knife will slice cleanly through the fudge.
  • Cook over a medium-low heat. Do not turn the heat up too high or you may end up with burnt chocolate and your fudge may come out grainy.

I wanted to double this recipe. Could I just double the amount and put it all in a bigger pan, or would it be better to just make 2 separate batches? If yes to the bigger pan, which size would be best?

    1. Doubling the recipe is a great idea! You can use a 9×13-inch pan for a double batch, ensuring the fudge sets evenly. Alternatively, making two separate batches works well too, especially if you want to maintain the same thickness as the original recipe. Hope this helps!
