Recipe Variations

  • Make gluten free – To make this a gluten free treat just simply swap and use gluten-free pretzels.
  • Add peanut butter chips – Stir in some peanut butter chips to the bars, or to the chocolate topping for more peanut butter flavor. Or simply sprinkle on top with the pretzels for a pretty garnish.
  • Sprinkle on sea salt- Once the chocolate topping is spread on, top with a sprinkle of sea salt for an extra kick of saltiness.

Recipe FAQs

How should I store these no bake bars?

You can store these in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days or try freezing for up to 3 months. I prefer storing in the refrigerator so they don’t get too soft or the topping doesn’t melt.

Can I use crunchy peanut butter?

Yes you definitely can! I haven’t tried but I think it would be delicious.
